Introduction: Honourable Chief Guest Dr. Ritu Arvind Singh, The Guest of Honour Rev Fr. Savio Coutinho Provincial Superior- Mumbai Province, Our Manager Rev. Fr. Andre Costa esteemed parents, dedicated teachers, and my dear students, a very warm welcome to all of you. It gives me immense pleasure to present the Annual Report of our school, reflecting on the achievements and milestones of the past academic year.

Academic Achievements: This year there have been many remarkable academic accomplishments. Many of our students scored above 90% in the SSC board exams, and we had a 100% passing percentage, highlighting the dedication and hard work of both our students and teachers.

Co-Curricular Activities: In addition to academics, our students enthusiastically participate in various co-curricular activities. From debates and elocutions to art and craft competitions, our students have showcased their talents on multiple platforms. Our dance and music teams have also performed exceptionally well, winning accolades in inter-school competitions.A lot of importance is given to sports with our students participating in various tournaments. Our students have been participating in Khel Mahakhumb and other inter school tournaments. Our School also has a football, basketball and cricket team. This year we have started football, karate and archery coaching inorder to create a coaching culture in our school. 

Cultural Events: This year, we celebrated various cultural events with great enthusiasm. Events like Independence Day, Republic Day, Navratri and Diwali were celebrated with great joy. At St Mary’s we make it a point to celebrate all important festivals. 

Infrastructure Development: We have made significant improvements to our school infrastructure. The school boasts of a new ERP system where many things ranging from fee payments to students report card generation have been automized. Parents now get daily attendance and other school related updates about their children regularly. CCTV cameras too have also been installed in all classes. This has helped improve efficiency and the overall discipline of the school. We also have 4 Audio Visual Rooms which are used by our students. 

Teachers Training and Development: St Marys boasts of a very experienced and well qualified staff. Our teachers participated in various professional development programs and workshops both online and offline this year. These programs have equipped them with the latest teaching methodologies and technologies, ensuring they deliver the best education to our students.

Forward looking Syllabus: Our school is affliated to the  State Board, however apart from following the subjects prescribed by the Gujarat State Board we have this year introduced skill based subjects such as spoken English for students of std 1-5 and Coding for students for std 6 to 8. We believe that in today’s global and digitalized world these courses will help our students prepare themselves for the future.

Major Achievements:

1. Our School secured 100% Results in the last SSC exams. A number of our students secured 90%marks.
2. Jaden Norohna from Std VII won the rubic cube category and stood second in the Word bank category held at the recently concluded World Mind Sports Event held in Dubai.
3. This year we organized a Kabaddi Tournament that saw the participation of over 17 schools. Our school secured the runners-up position in the senior boys category.
4. Our Students won first place at the recently conducted Science exhibition held at the District Level.
5. Our School has got its Pre Primary Registered. From coming academic year all Preprimary’s need to be registered as government will be issuing Udise numbers.

Conclusion: In conclusion, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our teachers, staff, and parents for their unwavering support and dedication. Your contributions have been instrumental in achieving our goals and making this year a success. To our dear students, your hard work, enthusiasm, and achievements make us proud and inspire us to strive for greater heights.
