If I am to describe my experience of all these years . Let me start at the very beginning , I am Susmita Ganguli (music teacher) I have had a passion for music since childhood and that is when I began my musical journey with the inspiration of my father . In fact me teaching music is also due to his motivation .
I still remember the day when I stepped into the gate of St.Mary’s School for the first time . I gave a demo for teaching music and got selected immediately , then came at my first experience in staff room after which I went ahead to conduct my teaching session .
In all this speaking English on a day to day basis was one of my crucial learning , because I had initially started as a untrained teacher . Since then I have tried to upgrade my skiils in various different ways .
With the support of Family members , colleagues and principal . I hope Mother Mary continues to bless me , so that I can keep growing and contributing efficiently towards our school . Thank you .
