Fee Payment Rules

  1. Students who fail to pay their dues on time will not be allowed to sit for examinations.

  2. Fees must be paid quarterly, with four quarters:

    • June – August
    • September – November
    • December – February
    • March – May
      The quarterly fees must be paid within the first 15 days of the first month of each quarter.
  3. In case of cheque bouncing, a default charge of ₹300 will be applied.

  4. Small children should not be entrusted with the responsibility of paying school fees.

  5. No deductions will be made in fees for vacations or interrupted study periods.

  6. Students who leave the school in the middle of the term (even in June) must pay the full term and annual fees.

  7. Fees are non-refundable, and once paid, they cannot be reconsidered for a refund under any circumstances.

  8. Parents or guardians must collect and keep receipts for any payments made to the school.

  9. Fees can be paid using available payment options provided by the school.

CONCESSION IN FEES:

  1. There is no general policy for fee concession.

  2. Any request for concession will be considered only after the payment of the first quarter fees for the ongoing academic year.

  3. All concession requests must be submitted before the end of the second quarter with an application addressed to the Principal or Manager, along with supporting documents.

  4. The management’s decision regarding fee concessions is final.
