Terms & Condition: –

a. The child should complete 5 years of age by 1″ June 2025.
b. This form duly filled in must be submitted to the office on or before 2nd Jan, 2025.
c. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
d. When the child is selected he / she has to pay full year school fees. Only then admission will be confirmed.
e. Only Parents are allowed to appear for the interaction along with the child.
f. The following documents must be submitted along with this Application Form.

1. A Xerox copy of the original Birth Certificate, Aadhar Card & Medical Certificate.
2. A Xerox Copy of Residential Proof
3. A Xerox Copy of the Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC)
